Jr. Ambassadors  Program

We are seeking Jr. Ambassadors

to join us in the forest 

for the fall season

Successful applicants will be given the tools/training to mentor the younger students and be a leader/role model to their peers. Jr. Ambassadors can expect to take on different daily roles/initiatives, such as being the Ambassador of Movement (helping the teacher to choose the physical activities of the day, set up for them, and leading and participating in the activity).These duties will function as vessels through which Ambassadors will build meaningful bonds with our little friends and their peers. They will develop the core skills of a leader. Jr. Ambassadors will also participate in our Wilderness Wednesday program where they engage in: our opening circle, art lessons, group mindfulness activities/games, hands-on science, survival exercises and nature journaling. 

 

This initiative is designed to facilitate youth leadership opportunities.
